Furthermore, the availability of a local water source significantly reduces the need for water transportation from external locations, which helps minimize operational costs, improve logistical efficiency, and accelerate project execution. This approach ensures continuous and efficient drilling operations while maintaining compliance with the highest safety and operational standards.

 

EQUIPMENT MATERIALS

All materials and equipment are supplied in full compliance with project specifications and international quality standards to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Well Components

- PVC casing with manufacturer certification.
- Filter gravel (3–5 mm), subject to quality testing.

Pumping System

- ESP pump with manufacturer certificate and operation manual.
- Backup ESP pump with manufacturer certificatio.

Electrical System

- Electrical cables in accordance with contract specifications.
- Electrical control panels with manufacturer certification.
- Spare parts for control panels.

Surface Facilities

- Galvanized surface pipeline (50–60 m).

OPERATION REQUIREMENTS FOR WATER WELL

- Drilling water well borehole size 12"
- Supply and installation of PVC Casing pipe 8" or 10"
- size and standard thickness as minimum
- Casing size is 8", 6 bar UPVC Pipe
- Supply and installation of gravel 3 to 5 mm diameter
- Supply and installation of galvanized Riser heavy duty Class C
- Raiser pipes shall be galvanized heavy duty (2.5"-3")
- Supply and installation of accessories (valves, check, strainer, etc.)
- Supply and installation of submersible water pump 15 HP, 2900 RPM
- Supply and installation of Control panel 380 V Suitable for use in 65° C
- with Control panel stand steel cage skid.

WATER WELL OPERATING
REQUIREMENTS

Supply and installation of concrete well pad (Im x Lm x 0.5m).
Supply of a submersible water pump as a backup on location.
Drilling time for one water well is within 3 days (including testing for 1 day).
The depth of the water well is 75m at most.
The water pump shall be connected to the rig electrical panel.
